Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Event & Party Bookings Cancellation

For advance bookings of events, birthday parties, or large group reservations, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date: 100% refund of the advance deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the event date: 50% refund of the advance deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event date: No refund of the advance deposit.

2. Table Reservations

Standard table reservations do not require a deposit. However, we request that you notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.

3. Food & Beverage Refunds

Our priority is your satisfaction. Refunds or replacements for food and beverages are handled as follows:

  • If a dish does not meet our quality standards, please inform our staff immediately. We will gladly replace it or remove it from your bill.
  • Once a dish has been mostly consumed, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
  • Takeaway orders must be checked before leaving the premises. Missing or incorrect items will be rectified or refunded if reported immediately.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds for deposits or advance payments will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original method of payment.
